As always you can rely on us for a completely personalized experience - come as you please to stay for the night at one of the sunlit bedrooms or just join us for the treatments or product making workshop - it is your call!

SUNSET YOGA CLASS & MEDITATION 1hr20min, accessible to all levels
Refresh your yoga practice with innovative poweryoga and vinyasa yoga sequencies. Learn how to use your breath to flow in and out of different yoga postures with lightness and grace to create more strength and fluidity in your body.
INTUITIVE MEDITATION 
Gain new insights into your life through meditation practice. Meditation as we practice it in GAIA helps to be clear, more confident and  be true to what you really want in any situation.

GAIA SPA "master class" & treatments
Ease yourself into the GAIA spa time - learn how to prepare and administer your own spa treatments and beauty products, after the hands-on workshop you will receive
a signature massage or spa treatment from our therapist who will also show you how to use your new spa products for your family and friends. GAIA SPA master class is ongoing - every time featuring new products and techniques and you will achieve a GAIA certificate Level 1 with this first workshop.

If you only wish to treat yourself to one of the GAIA signature spa treatments from our menu, our therapists will be available for bookings from 11am till 18pm.

Fri late eve, Sat afternoon

“YOU” TIME 
Slow down and take time for yourself in nature....treat yourself to healthy lunch, be pampered, lounge by the swimming pool with a book, watch the clouds, feel the mountain breeze on your face, meditate under a tree...the choices are endless.

VISIT TO THE GAIA PRODUCTION ROOM & GAIA STALL
a real treat for for the lovers of the Gaia Natural beauty range – guided by Trudi, the originator the GAIA concept, Rosa will open a GAIA stall in case you would like to take some of the latest GAIA goodies home.

*1 day package 128€ (day package includes GAIA spa workshop, light lunch, spa treatment of your choice, 45min guided meditation, sunset yoga)
*spa treatment only package 75€  (arrive in the afternoon directly for your spa treatment (1hr) and stay on to relax by the pool and a light snack in the afternoon.
*GAIA spa workshop package  65€ - morning at GAIA finca, learn to make your own spa products 10.30-13.00, light lunch included
