Refresh your yoga practice with innovative poweryoga and vinyasa yoga sequencies. Learn how to use your breath to flow in and out of different yoga postures with lightness and grace to create more strength and fluidity in your body.
INTUITIVE MEDITATION 
Gain new insights into your life through meditation practice. Meditation as we practice it in GAIA helps to be clear, more confident and  be true to what you really want in any situation.

GAIA SPA "master class" & treatments
Ease yourself into the GAIA spa time - learn how to prepare and administer your own spa treatments and beauty products, after the hands-on workshop you will receive
a signature massage or spa treatment from our therapist who will also show you how to use your new spa products for your family and friends. GAIA SPA master class is ongoing - every time featuring new products and techniques and you will achieve a GAIA certificate Level 1 with this first workshop.

If you only wish to treat yourself to one of the GAIA signature spa treatments from our menu, our therapists will be available for bookings from 11am till 18pm.

GAIA PET the new Dog Range

Today and still hot out of production we are pleased to announce the new Gaia Pet Range consisting of a specially formulated shampoo, a shampoo soap bar and a spray that can be used daily to protect your pet from fleas.
As with all the products in our range the products are made with all natural ingredients using as its active ingredients to help treat and protect against fleas, organic Neem Oil.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neem_oil
Neem Oils has strong anti parasitic properties and has been widely used for centuries to protect against parasites.
The essential oils of Lavender, Rosemary and Melaleuca are all anti parasitic, anti-bacterial and fleas will not like the smell! As with all our soaps we have added ample rations of Aloe Vera to be gentle with your pets skin and to give your dog a gorgeous soft coat .

I have tested the shampoo bar on my Sant Bernard dog Remy and it was super easy to use as it left on hand free to hold the dog. It lathered up beautifully and has left her with a super shiny, white coat! She smells really good!

The liquid shampoo also does the trick if your prefer  this to a hard bar. Finally  to prevent fleas even thinking about making their home on your pet a daily spray with the Gaia Pet spray will leave your pet smelling delicious as you would expect from a Gaia Pet..

GAIA girl in action

The spring is here and GAIA girls are busy as always delivering well-being all around the island.
However there was one event that I would particularly like to share with you.

Karin Roosvall will sparken up your life

I came back from Thailand just on time for the annual retreat held by Karin Roosvall at the beautiful Cas Bernats - http://www.casbernats.com/. Karin comes every year to Mallorca from Sweden with her group of ladies to recharge in the sun and deepen their practice of Qigong, yoga and chiball.

I was very pleased when Karin emailed me again this year to massage at her retreat. I love coming up to Cas Bernats. The house itself is one of the marvellous old Mallorcan fincas that are a phantasy labyrinth of staircases and rooms all encased in ancient stone walls. As I drive along the winding road up from Soller and through the olive groves, it feels like time has stopped. I can refocus and take a deep breath before I arrive - there is already a long list of massages waiting for me. And I only have until the sunset Qigong session and want to be sure that everybody gets their turn.
Karin´s clients are women of various backgrounds mainly in their 60s and 70s.  As I touched their bodies I was thinking about the experience of aging for a woman. How times mercilessly marks our bodies and faces and what an art it is to age gracefully. How every wrinkle tells a story of happy smiles or too many worries.

True beauty is ageless

There were many aches and tired backs for me to soothe with massage. Each woman that I have massaged on that day was beautiful and unique in her own way.
 It is true when thay say that real beauty is on the inside - it is our wisdom, character and passion for life that makes a woman radiant in any age.
 I felt priviledged to be there to witness and contribute to the wonderful work Karin does for these women by helping them to love and nurture their bodies and souls.
