- yoga (postures, breath practices, mantras - all directed to reenergize and activate the body after the winter - special focus on hormonal system, female organs, abdominal area and legs, slimming, toning and recharging the metabolism)
- detoxifying ayurvedic diet for radiant skin and kick-starting after winter weightloss (balanced combination of fruit juice fasts, light vegeterian dishes and fruit salad bar)
- bright spirit & shining heart - guided meditation (attaining the innner balance and harmony through different meditation techniques, polishing the spirit into shining diamond)
-ayurveda - cleansing diet  - we will address all issues related to celulitis and water retention both by diet and body work ) plus ayurvedic self-massage
