Baby Gaia at 35 weeks and some top tips for those last few weeks of pregnancy

Our latest picture of  Baby Gaia at 35 weeks shows Laura in her town of Soller in front of what else but a tree of ripe oranges.
This is classically the time when the baby has its big growing spurt and many mother suffer from very tired feet and pain in the lower back. Good stretching exercise help relief the pain in the lower back

' Putting your feet up' as everybody will be for ever telling you to do is not such a bad plan to help those tired and sometimes even swollen feet. Even better a relaxing foot bath with some essential oils in the water followed by a delicious foot massage administered by your partner using one of the Gaia Cacao Butter polishers http://www.gaia-natural-mallorca.com/products/moisturisersbodypolish.html
Here at Gaia Bathtime a reflexology session can be beneficial for the expecting mother.

Top Tip to help with tiresome heartburn: chew 4 or 5 hazelnuts or almonds and this gives instant relief. I myself really liked Cadburys Hazelnut Chocolate and my babies thrived on it!
